But Now Doctor explain the Risk of morbidity or mortality to patients relatives & then only proceeds for treatment…  Law demands this from them …It is like Must.

Previously patients were least bothered as far as knowing the name of the disease & it’s causes…

Now Doctors are made to answer all their queries like nature of disease & Risk involved.

They even may ask a question to a Doctor:

                        Are You capable?

So Doctors are coming with New Trend of Explaining Risk rather than Assurance.
